We share this information with Shopify, our online store hosting provider so that they can provide website services to us. It is also shared with Patchmarks our shipping and manufacturing partner so they can fulfill orders for customers. As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

When you subscribe or purchase a membership on this website, we collect personal information from you to enable your member site access. We may collect information like your:

We share this information with MemberSpace, our member-protected website hosting provider so that they can provide exclusive member site hosting services to us. We also share this information with Squarespace and MailChimp, our email marketing providers.

3.     Marketing Emails and Communication

Emails are collected online through MailChimp and in-person through Square. We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with MailChimp, Square, and Squarespace, our email marketing providers so they can send these emails on our behalf.

4.     Volunteer Information

When you fill out an application for a volunteer position with Friends of Silver Falls, we collect and store the information below. This information is shared with Squarespace and Galaxy Digital, our volunteer platforms. It is also available to our partner organization, Oregon State Parks and Recreation. A third-party platform is used for background checks for volunteers. Information obtained by the third-party system is subject to their privacy policies and details are given to the potential volunteer before running the background check. Sensitive information like social security numbers, driver’s license, etc. is not stored by Friends of Silver Falls State Park and is only collected for background checks and then immediately disposed of.
